Actually i buy health insurance policy for 10 years and agent told me about discount on renewal after 10 years if i not file any claim but now they not give me any discount .
Now can i renew same policy for future or buy any new policy.?

The agent lied to you. Health insurance does not work like this.

Yes, any too good to be true offer should be considered as a scam. This agent is nothing short of it.
