The said this as I’ve been going through treatments for depression for the last 6 years. I had no clue of this before and that’s why I was completely shocked at that moment. Anyway, I’ve few doubts regarding this. First, Why did they deny when my depression is now under control? Second, should I shop around to get in touch with some other carriers or are they too going to tell me the same thing and deny?Denied LTC insurance from my group plan at work

Just because your depression is under control now doesn’t mean that it will not deteriorate. There are fair chances that during the rest of your life your condition will decline and again improve for several times. I'd suggest contacting a local agent who can give you EXPERT, personalized advise.
