ACA versus Obamacare

Last week I got myself enrolled into my employer’s health plan. I realized that insurance premium was not increased if compared to last year.
However, our employer reduced their contribution thus increasing my contribution by $35/paycheck (12 paychecks each year).
I’m already having a high deductible family plan comprising of $3500; max $10,000.
I was wondering if Obamacare would really work..Please let me know what you think. Thank you!!!

If you have access to employer sponsored health insurance, unless the cost to you for just your coverage ("the self-only cost") is more than 9.5% of your household Modified Adjusted Gross Income, you cannot seek insurance through your state's health benefits exchange (or "marketplace").

That does not prevent you from purchasing private health insurance off the exchange, but you cannot receive any premium tax credits.

And FYI . . . the ACA and Obamacare are one and the same.
