My husband and me both have carried health insurance for each other now for more than a few years. I’ve health issues but he seldom goes for any checkup. I want to cancel the insurance on him due to surging costs. I pay $135 bi-weekly and he pays only $10 a week for insurance on both of us. I just want to cancel the policy but it is after the open enrollment period….

Perhaps not. Check with the human resource dept. of your company. They might guide you...:)
