This has nothing to do with "what can I do". You chose a policy with a $5000 deductible (or it was chosen by your employer). You are personally responsible for those $5000 in payments to the providers who step up to your plate.
If your cyst does rupture, go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Federal law requires the hospital to treat you and worry about payment later. They will probably send your bill to collections if you choose not to pay. Then you will have to deal with those idiots.
