I've been paying into an Aflac policy for cancer benefits for the past 9-years. I've never made a claim to date. I'm in a bind with money at the moment. Can I cash out my policy? Thank you for the answer.

Everything begins with knowing what your contract says. I don't have a copy of it and cannot tell you what it says.

Your policy probably has no "cash value". But it may have a "return of premium" provision that pays only if you continue the policy to the end of ten years. Read your contract or call AFLAC.

You need to look again on policy, you can take the money if the time period is over. It depends upon their rules and regulation.
