AWESOME JOB CBR1000 !!!!!!!!!

I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say, it has been a pleasure to assist you in whatever small way you found us helpful...

Congratulations...you did a terrific job...and I'm sure you are glad to have this behind you....How long is the 'open ended' 10k good for? Or is it specifically for that surgery, without a time limit?

If any other questions, should come up please don't hesitate to pop in..In fact you would be a valueable poster to others in similar situations, from the claimant stand point....

Wishing you all the best....

No, Sad typcially these opened ended releases with have a specific dollar amount and what they are to be used for...your's may say the actual surgery I always just wrote them to include any medical bills related to the accident within a certain time frame.

Congrats, that is awesome, now take good care of yourself and make sure that you set a side the money for the surgery. Hopefully you will regain your quality of life and get on with it, congrats on your victory.

I LOVE A HAPPY ENDING!!! May I also congradulate you? Do be sure to use that money and get the rod removed when it comes time. That is expensive surgery and you don't want to be left to pay out of pocket. I agree with Lori...please do stop back. You really can help someone else in this situation..
