Posted: Wed Apr 02, 2008 4:54 pm   Post subject: WHO IS AT FAULT ?Driver Ran Red light   I asked a question before on here about the same situation,and didnt get much feedback,So i thought i would try again.I was involved in an auto accident where the other driver ran a RED light ,she was on a wide 4 lane street, heading east and I was to her right heading north, I couldnt see or hear ambulance(I had the green light). She ran the red light to make room for the ambulance that was behind her. She ran the light at a fast speed,I didnt see her coming. By law (this happended in Maryland) is she at fault? There were many replies to your first post and even a few to the second.
