Yes, yes, you do, I hate to sound so harsh, but if you take this idiot back (and chances are you will)...well your body will end up like your car looks now, and you will have no one but yourself to blame....again, get a restraining order...call the cops if he so much as looks at you...file a vandalism claim..get your car fixed then trade it in...and move on.
