Ok i have a hudge problem i have a loan for a 2004 honda accord hated the car i owe 15,000 my boyfriend who when we fight kicks and dents it and also last week got into a accident and left the sence and he jumped on my roof and hood n smashed it in because of our break up he has no job now im stuck having to pay for a smashed up car what should i do? i wanted to trade it in guess thats not gonna happen? is there a way they pay for it like pay it off then i start over again? i need help thank you.

Are you freakin' kidding me? Girl what's the matter with you? Throw this bum in jail, get a restraining order, file a vandalism claim with your insurance company, they'll fix it less your comp deductible, then they (not you) will go to him for repayment...is there a way they pay for it like pay it off then i start over again?
NO, they will pay for the damage (maybe) and that's it..and why should they? Did you kick this moron to the curb after the FIRST time he did this? ahhhh no, you didn't...Seriously honey, suck it up, get a back bone, do what I've said above and move on...i need help thank you.

I'm with Lori on everything said... Build up some self esteem and move on. You only have one life to live. Who wants to spend it watching their man jump all over their car when stress gets high.
