Insurers mining and presenting in court statements made by posters there, is common practice. I wouldn't expect you to do nothing less. Jump in the water is fine over there.
I have no idea what this means.... Confused Question

they can simply reinspect the vehicle once it's disassembled. Pretty much every shop I know of does the same thing.
Exactly...why is it so darn hard to just go back and reinspect it when you can clearly see 'if' that part is damage or not... Confused

It's cool Mike, I'll give you that...I looked at every page on that site, including the catelog and never saw a price? What's somethin' like that run a fellar?

About 250 to 400 with attachments. My point is, if you could catch everything you need to see the first visit and document it, why stop production on the vehicle for several days til it can be reinspected if it is a shop that works for the insurer rather than contracts with the consumer.

I agree with you whole hearted, if all field inspects (meaning any without tear down) could have all the damage caught on the first inspect it would make everything run smoother...but doubtful (right now anyway) that insurer's will foot the bill for this gadet, however I can see the merit in it for sure...I don't understand the next part of your statement...It would be of benefit to EVERYONE, shops (regardless of their drp standings or none) owners, and insurer's if all damage could be caught up front...but even with this nifty piece of equipment (kind of reminds me of both the laproscope docs use, and the camera thing plumbers us), there is still gonna be supplements...
