what is med 1,000 ...i was in car accidend ...other partys fault...i was in jured...why would i get 1,000 now in advance

was injured in car accdent...now from it i got rsd nerve damage.....been off work 4 months....worried......medical bills going up....other party...at fault...has only...30,0000......i had no med on my ins...can't go back to my job... ...can't lift what i was lifting at work......what is a person suppose to do....suppose to stay in phy. therpy....but i can't...because of doc.bills....i can't afford it...this has put us behind now...ins liability not enough.....can you except what their liability has.....then file a lawsuit against him...because its not fair...i;m stuck with this....please help........please

I do'nt want to do that....but what else are there to do....i can't lose my home over this....cause it was taking two of us to make a living

If their bodily injury covers $30,000 and you are disabled because of the injuries they caused, then you could try and collect as much as you can from their insurance company and then try to collect from your underinsured motorist coverage for up to your limits. If you have $1,000 in med pay on your policy, you can also collect your $1,000 med pay.

I.m back... question.....since it was the other partys fault....they didn't have enough to cover me....can i go and use the medical on my other vehicle since i didn't have med on the vehicle that was hit by the other party?

doubtful...however there are occasions when you have multiple vehicles insured with the same carrier, and all the coverages are identical, except one is missing one (like your medpay) the assumption could be made that it is clear the intent was to have it...worth a try...
