Talk to them, make them aware of the necessities of purchasing coverage. Lack of awareness is the major reason of underinsurance in the developing countries. I seriously fee that the agents should take the responsibility to spread awareness amongst the people.

i can't sell them any policy because their medical underwriting norms (age ) won't allow them to take a policy.no insurance company wants to sell their policy to the old guy who is more than 65 years old.who will bet their money on old age? so i am talking about those people who are more than 65.
