PostPosted: Fri Mar 27, 2009 3:19 pm   Post subject: THE TRUTH ABOUT HAIL DAMAGE

The truth is you insurance company is not giving you what your intitled to because they know you will give up on it before they will. Oour company works with these insurance compaies every day and we get resaults for the customer. If this was your car and you had damage to your drivers door and nothing else and your insurance company couldn't match the color would you just say ok or would you make them repaint your car!
Contact us if you would like help with your insurance claim. If you would like to try to handle it yourself I suggest you tell them your going to call the insurance commissioner!

Ok, I'm confused...you say 'the truth about hail damage' then you say
Quote:
your car and you had damage to your drivers door and nothing else
then you add
Quote:
your insurance company couldn't match the color would you just say ok or would you make them repaint your car!
I can tell you right now they won't paint the entire car, nor should they...depending on the color and where on the panel the damage is, there may be some blend required to an adjacent panel...no more, and certainly not 'repaint your car'! Rolling Eyes Then you offer to 'help' with peoples insurance claims, but you are a contstruction company? What do you charge to help with these claims, and I'd be interested in knowing your qualifications to 'help' with any claims, other than perhaps..some repairs on a home owners policy...please clarify....I looked at your web site, and I don't see anything on that site at all about helping with auto or homeowner claims for that matter...also (sorry) but per our TOU (please review them) you cannot link your own buisness in a post..you are welcome (once you meet the criteria) to put your web page in your signature.

I was giving the car as an example. We cant help you with an auto claim but we can and will help with any home owners claim due to storm damage. 50% of our work comes from storm damage and we know all the ins and outs of the insurance company. For example your insurance company only has to replace the damaged siding that is true, but if they have exhausted all efforts and they cant match the color they are required to replace all the siding, but they would rather you not know that.

PostPosted: Thu Apr 02, 2009 6:03 am   Post subject: Hello!

Hello!

My name is Mr. Wren and I'm a life and disability agent. I currently work as an inside sales agent with Aetna. I've been doing work as a licensed agent for approximately 6 months now, but I had been working as an unlicensed service agent for nearly a year prior to licensing.

I've joined this forum to do some research on what life is like as an outside agent/broker. In hopes of expanding a little bit in my off time, with some soon to be acquired outside appointments.

I also hope to share a different perspective on sales. By doing all of my work over the phone directly for an insurance company, I deal with many customers on a daily bases all over the US. Just from the over exposure to the many leads I deal with in a day, I feel I've learned much more in a short amount of time than I would of learned as an outside agent over a span of a year. In addition, the education I've received has been on a national scale, not just a regional one.

I currently am licensed in 47 states. Of those states, I'm appointed in 28 and waiting on appointment for the remaining 19.

PostPosted: Fri Apr 10, 2009 3:04 pm   Post subject: Greetings to the Group

I found this forum by Googling the phrase "protect yourself life insurance receivership". I found out a few days ago that Shenandoah Life Insurance has been placed in receivership by the Commonwealth of Virginia. My whole life policy has a cash value of about $12,900. This, I understand, is essentially frozen and I cannot get it. I'm, of course, upset by this whole matter. I'm a single parent and sole support for my kids. This was my major savings account and now it may be gone. I'm trying to learn what this receivership means to me. Is the cash value of my policy gone? The policy was originally sold to me with that cash savings accumulation as a major selling point. If Shenandoah is picked up by another company or liquidated will I be able to get my money out? Any comments or advice would be appreciated.
