Hello all!
I have been in the insurance industry for just over 5 years. I work for a carrier. I started off in underwriting, but now I'm in sales/marketing. My areas of expertise are small commercial and personal lines. I'm also a CIC.
I am thinking of pursuing a CRM or CPCU because I am a masochist.  Those things wouldn't be too relevant for me at the moment, being in the field. Maybe in the future though.

What do you do as a Certified Insurance Counselor?
