Hi Spierface, its been quite some years now that Cinergy is doing business, but Cinergy doesn't offer health insurance, rather the offered by Cinergy is a discount plan. If you don't qualify for the standard health coverage you may opt for the discount plans.
Discount health plan doesn't offer health coverage. It'd only reduce the cost of service by some percentage with the network physicians and pharmacists.
