my long term disability ins.

Posted: Thu Oct 16, 2008 5:12 am   Post subject: my long term disability ins.   i have been drawing long term disability for about 5years now from employer..My employer went out of bussiness and is another company now..will I get to keep my l.t.d. checks.I worked there 6 yrs. and my ins. expired thru then. The new business may not take the responsibility of the employees worked with the previous one.
