has anyone been approved for ssdi then denied?

I was told I was approved in dec. then in jan. I was told it went back for review... then in feb. I received a notice saying I was denied. Has anyone else experienced this. Is this right?

Did the notice say anything else? I guess you had a telephonic conversation wherein you came to know about the review thing. Didn't you ask him about the cause of the review? Please go through the notice once more and share with us if any cause of denial is stated. Crossbreed

In dec. they told me I was approved and would start receiving my payments starting jan. I didn't get my payment called them up. they said it went back for review. then I received a notice stating I was denied 'cause to them the evidence didn't prove my disability. How can they approve me then take it away.?

I guess..they can take it away!
Your proof of disability must have gone through their investigation process, wherein the 'cause' shown by you didn't match up to their list of causes.
