We have received a deposit in the bank from SSI. But we have never received any type of letter from them saying approval or denial. What does this mean and when will we receive a letter. Also should we continue on the umeployment until we hear from them of exactly what is going on?

We have received a deposit in the bank from SSI.
It seems it was a direct deposit into your checking account. Or was it an ETA? Pinkfloydfan

Becky you may get in touch with an executive or some concerned individual at the insurance company who would be able to help you out with this. Maybe they are getting delayed due to some reason. Contact your insurer.
