Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!

In ebay. Is there a way to look only for items for sale that have been put on ebay in a certain time frame? IE:last 24 hours. If I have looked at all in my search list, I dont want to look at all 9,000 again to see if any new items have been put up sale.

WTF!
A Couple of days ago I received a phone call from 972-284-0600 - 9722840600 and was pretty sure the caller was a scammer.
I'm so sick and tired of promotional calls - I decided to complain to the the company (Gulf Coast Western) and complain.
Make a long story short Gulf Coast Western -an Oil drilling corporation- contacted me was calling to tell me I got the job!
How do I fix this??
