Event Insurance is needed depending on the importance of the event. This insurance usually provides protection from short term liability and/or financial losses against any catastrophic disaster. Event insurance is also known as 'catastrophic' insurance.

I am doing a 2 hour class for 10 weeks - drama with 6th thru 9th graders. I am looking for club or event insurance.

You'll find it through a local independent insurance agent/broker. Depending on your needs, you may not like the cost.

Hi Max, I haven't ever heard of any event insurance program that covers such short-term events which are not so risky in nature. Is it really possible to get insurance to cover such events?
