i left my truck on the side of the road and it was towed!

Posted: Sun Jan 30, 2011 2:33 am   Post subject: i left my truck on the side of the road and it was towed!   I was on my way home then I ran out of gas..I pulled down a road off the highway so it would be nowheree near the highway and I pushed it to the side of the road..my friend came to take me to get gas and when we got back 4 hours later it was gone..I called the tow company to see why and the secretary said a state trooper had it towed....is this legal?
