What steps to do when NJ state temp disability runs out?

Injury on job, School Bus Driver...out on Temp Disability but runs out before workmens comp gets approve ,which I applied for. How or what should I do?

If you were injured on the job, I have no idea why you are waiting for a workers' compensation "approval." Your claim was never payable by any state disability program. You probably need an attorney, because you've allowed this to get all screwed up.
