The Exclusive agent is kinda independent agent, who'll run the business form his/her own office. You can start a fresh agency or can buy an allstate independent agent from an already exclusive agent of Allstate. Allstate will offer necessary supports to start the new business. The exclusive agent program is a specially designed program to help the aspiring agent in learning the business tricks. It involves training on agency managing along with learning the sales procedures. It sounds good, though, frankly am not aware of the pros and cons of it.
