It's true firey but there are some good people in this age of modern technological fast world.But cheaters are there in every field.
but i must state here if someone is cheating you then it is the your right that you should retaliate that person in the same manner.

it's really scary the extend people would go for money. shame on the wife! i suppose they didnt get a single cent. i'm glad the police investigation department is vigilant enough, and didn't fall for the scam. crime never pays, and scammers should have known that they'll eventually be busted.
i hope people read about this, and learn that such incidents should never be committed again. oh, did the wife get jailed? she should be! |

hello all,
Well this thread seemed to take a morbid turn somewhere----what's up? I had not heard of these military deaths either, but I suppose the press would not be allowed to publish anything on it.
As far as insurance fraud and issues, has anyone had a case of the company refusing to pay for a legit issue? I am sure it is common for people to have to fight for the moneys owed to them and they may need some help.

If the insurance company has denied a valid claim then its said that they have operated in bad faith. The consumer is then required to take the legal recourse to sue the insurer at the court of law. At the same time he should also lodge complaint against the insurer with the State Insurance Commissioner.

hey amit ! what you want to prove from this .there are so many good people in the world as well. do u want to say that there are so many insane people in the world?
no it is not the case either. why people tend to cheating if you can give a thought about this from the root then you will get the right answer for this. nobody wants to have defamation for them.but people tend to cheat and then use that money for their kinsmen. so if one's financial condition is really good then one never tends to cheat the people.
because at the end of the day what matter is how peacefully one lives one's life. |

| I already heard same kind of story like this before. If she done a perfect crime then maybe she can enjoy that life insurance but if the investigators and police find out that she is the suspect and guilty for the crime, how can she enjoy that insurance when she is in jail? Lol. I believe that theres no perfect crime at all, anyone knows if there is any?! Oh well, thats what obsession in money can do. I bet those men who got a very high life insurance must be careful especially those who serve in military. |

dritz is right. These people are possessed with money. They will do anything to make fast money. But the innocent people are the ones who suffer the consequences.

i completely agree with you regarding this that there is no perfect crime.Rather the person who is trying to commit a crime does also aware about the fact that he/she may get caught some day or rather ( sole reason why they take utmost precaution while comitting the crime)
but....... A person (criminal always think that there is some hope for perfection and he will do it and the society will not come to know about it.Because by nature human has some defects 1. he has imperfect senses2.One tends to cheat others if chance is available.
So the Hope of 'i won't get caught' is the main force behind any crime
