My Mom filed a claim with her insurance company and she said there was no hail damage, but they have paid her anyway. I didn't know you could do that. Will ins. companies let you file a claim when it is just old and needs to be replaced?

No... if you state that there is damage and you know that there is not, it's called insurance fraud.

Why would she file a claim if there was no hail damage to begin with?

If the insurance company paid your mother, she claimed some kind of damage.

When there are no damages, why would you want to file a claim? All the claims that you file would go to your CLUE report which your future insurers can access at the time of issuing policies. And too many claims on the report may cause the insurer to decline coverage to you.

And all false claims for economic gains are frauds.

Thanks,

Please explain this situation a little better.

When there are no damages, why would you file a claim? All the claims that you file would go to your full report which your future insurers can access at the time of issuing policies. And too many claims on the report may cause the insurer to decline coverage to you. so pleas do not file a claim if there is no injury cause this is an insurance fraud, so not get involved in insurance fraud to enable you get good insuranc policy in the future for oue past determins our futer we all rip what we soe so they say be carfull with wath you are doing and dont get involved with fraud, just because your mother sew her insurance company and she got paid that do not mean you should go about doing the same i beg you again do not get involve in fraud.
