I am disabled and have several claims for the part d insurance that have never been filed. Since I have trouble with paperwork how can I get help? Is there a time limit for filing the claims?

Medicare Part D is the Prescription Drug Plan. It's a wholly separate program from the feds, other than the role they play in regulation and setting the levels of benefit coverage. The drug plan has set annual open-enrollment periods and is provided through various providers that have contracted with and received approval from the feds and CMS.
From the OPs post, I take it that you have enrolled in a Part D plan and simply haven't filed a claim on some prescriptions that you've had filled, and you're looking for some help. There's plenty of help available, and it's pretty likely that you're going to be able to file those claims without much hassle.
If you would tell me what city and state you live in, I would be more than happy to provide you with ample information that will help you out.
This is very commonly a confusing situation for those enrolled in any Medicare plan, whether it's traditional Medicare parts A and B, Part C/Medicare Advantage plans, or the prescription plan. Because of the sea of confusion that abounds here and the fairly common problems associated with paperwork, including the OPs concern, there's lots of help available out there. The key is that you have to seek out the assistance, and we should be able to help you.

Well thanks Ins teacher for the whole info you have given.I was also about to start a new thread for same reason.
So i need to claim it timly.
