I'm 58 and I'm planning to go for an early retirement. Will it have any effect on the retiree health benefits? _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

| Yeah, it could be a real challenge for many of us who'd retire before 65. Our employers might provide us with health care benefits before retirement, but they may choose not to do so once we retire. |

Do you have any agreement with your employer regarding the continuation of benefits? If not, I don't think it's gonnabe easier! _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

It could be tough even when you have any agreement with your employer. Retiree benefits may get terminated at the bankruptcy court if your company is not financially strong. These benefits are not protected under the ERISA. _________________ Insuranceguy.ampminsure.org |

Do you work for the local or state govt.?

It would be really beneficial for those of us who're into a govt. job or are teaching in a school. _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |
