MY VEHICLE WAS VANDALISED, I DO NOT HAVE FULL COVERAGE CAR INSURANCE WOULD THIS BE COVERED UNDER MY HOMEOWNERS?

It probably will not be, but your answer will be in your policy itself. Do you know where your binder is? My thought is that it will be excluded, but it would depend on the wording found in the policy itself. Some more posters will be along shortly to help you out.

No it would not. Damage to your own vehicle is excluded under the HO policy. It's this way as there is more appropriate coverage.... an auto policy.
