I am looking for fire insurance for 4 units and for my house present insurance for units 977. yearly for my house 538. I looking for a more affordable rate

I can suggest to look at the '+150 Types of Insurance', at the Resource Desk, of this forum ( which is at the right side of the screen). You can find Insurance for Business and Home, compare their rates, etc. hope this helps.

Quite true, you have to consult an agent regarding the coverage. You always have the option to search for better rates if the current rates seem high. Many companies offer their quotes online as well. Therefore, you can also save time in going to agents' offices. IMO this is one sure advantage of internet.

consult your preferred insurance company to discuss the rates. alternatively, do some research online to find cheaper rates. most companies list their quotes in their site. and yes, you could take a look at the resource desk at the right panel.
