cutting a tree a limb came down and trapped his leg in the tree, his ankle and leg have never healed, and now its costing us a lot of time and money back and forth to the doctors

Your posting in the auto form. Also, is there a question here? Health insurance would need to address this. Neither auto nor a property policy (home owners or renters) would.

Hi Mg1465, Do you have Medpay in your homeowners policy? Have you filed a claim with the insurer? I agree with Tcope, there is no question in your post. Would you please elucidate it for us?
