Hi, I just had a kitchen fire and once the fire dpt had put the flames out, I called my insurance company up and they

Send an adjuster to look at the damage?

Denied the claim by saying that you are not covered?

...called ObamaManCan to send a bailout check because the fire department ran out of water because the city counsel wouldn't allow salt water to be used to put out flames because sea turtles were nesting close by and by the time the appropriations committee on the take took what they could all that was left was ashes.

Can I sue?

were closed but their answering service was there and they said, 'wow dude, that sucks...bet it's smokey in there...did you open a window or something? Yeah, ahhh let me find a pen and i'll leave somebody a message about this...wow dude, really bad luck'' :roll:
