Our tenant would call us more often when the water pipe breaks or if the
faucet leaks.
We're always scared of bigger risks e.g. kitchen fire, structural
damages, physical injuries etc.
Is there anything that may help protect us under these circumstances?

Yes, the landlord insurance would cover your building and along with that it also covers your liability under circumstances when something unfortunate happens within your property.

Now-a-days, insurance carriers would offer landlord insurance policies that are specifically designed for your property.
