I lost my engagement ring. However, we have it listed on our homeowner's policy as scheduled property with a limit of $24,900. Will be be able to recover that amount in order to replace the lost item?

Some policies cover 'mysterious disappearance' of items, which most often means 'theft'. Therefore, it'd typically depend upon the policy terms. You'd need to check with your policy paper for the answer.
