Deodorizing is part of the over restoration process. Sounds like they didn't do their job. Burn up (sorry for the pun) the phone lines to the restoration company (and bring in the adjuster if you need to).

That is one smell that is really hard to get rid of. Like Life says if you had a restoration company and they didn't do there job call them or your insurance company and get them back out there.

You may need to contact the insurance adjuster and may ask her to inspect the house once more. I think the adjusters are required to inspect the repair job done before releasing the claim check. Do as life has suggested. You might even get the service free of cost this time :wink:
