How frequently is agency morning meeting held? Which day(s) of the week is the meeting held? What is the meeting agenda?

I don't do morning meetings or make morning appointments. I really don't like to start to work before 10 AM, which is most likely due to the fact that I don't like to get up before 9:30. I don't do afternoon meetings either as I like to stop working around 2.
