Suspended from FINRA due to arbitration agreement (Bonus buy back), U5 states termination for non reporting of expenses in timely manor (would I report this as misconduct on application?) I also have a dismissed misdemeanor for a rental property. Will any of this prevent me from getting Life License? All over 5 years ago....
