Hello all. In case you haven't heard:

I'm an Ohio Casualty Agent and we do quite well with them. I don't really know much about or understand this Agency Markets program. Is this a good thing? A competitor here in town has Indiana Insurance, and they do pretty well. But I wonder if this is going to be the death of my contract with OC, or a positive?

Liberty Mutual is not a bad company. It will prob not change to much of what you are doing. If you could get those links up so we could read the articles that would be great.

We listened to the Ohio Casualty teleconference, and it was very typical. "Win/Win", "excited on both sides", "great move", etc... who knows what will happen. Time will tell!

I am sure in the short run, you will not notice much of a change. However, keep in mind that Liberty Mutual also markets direct and Ohio Casualty was committed to using only independent agents. Peerless was also purchased by Liberty Mutual, so you can look a little in the past to see how that change is going.
