What happens if you leave a company with a negative balance based on advances. They will give you four months for the debt to settle then you owe them the difference

For those of you who have been working with Allstate company (capitve) how would you say your first year went or is going? What would you say would be a realistic number for salary?

If you sell accident life and health, what type of salary and commission structure should you expect in New York is 40,000 base and 25% commission to much or to little? Question

For the people who have worked out Allstate would you say you received the training and support needed to go independent.

Do they teach you the in's and outs of their products, as well as the competition or is it a sink or swim modality?

It would seem that many people on this forum are content with a base salary + commission and I'm curious to know why that is when you can go work for an independent agency and earn more money.

Is the thought of making a living on 100% commission scary or is it something else?
