Good Morning,
My name is Jay Armour and I am a Vice President of Omni Group Partners, Ltd., a life settlement brokerage house and a full service MGA that specializes in bettering the lives of seniors and their advisors. I am contacting agents to extend an enormous opportunity for your clients and give you a quick overview of how we help successful advisors generate new commission revenue through life insurance, life settlements, and premium finance. Brokering the sale of life insurance policies is just one facet of our business. What sets us apart from our competition is our ability to sell newly issued policies to our exclusive funds around the world. The structure we use is simple, very unique and highly successful. Basically, over the last three years our organization has formed relationships with large funders who are in the business of buying only newly issued policies or "wet paper". Senior clients who have an unused insurable capacity can now enjoy the benefits of selling their "hidden" asset. It has limited exposure for you and your clients and our system has been perfected over the last three years.
This is the most exciting time in our marketplace as there is a much higher demand of life insurance policies than there is a supply. We also use premium finance strategies in order to protect your client's estate's where the insurance is needed. We currently work with hundreds of life insurance agents and agencies nationwide and continue to help them grow by offering their clients these advanced strategies. We are extremely innovative and I would love the opportunity to speak with you a bit further, so please feel free to send me a quick email or give me a call. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Scott have you found a buyer for your policy yet?
Are these TBI, wet, or non-contestible? |

Are you disclosing to the carrier that the policy will be sold or premium financed shortly after it has been issued? If NOT then it is considered fraud (there is not 2 year contestablity for fraud by the way). It is ageist the law to advise your clients to do this without disclosing to the carrier and there is a good chance you will lose your license if caught. How do I know that they are not disclosing this to the carrier....because no carrier will approve the app if they know that it will be sold shortly after (Wet Paper deal). And there are no carriers that endorse this type of business.....Jay...any carriers endorse your program??????
I am not against Life Settlements. I am not against sell a policy before the 2 year contestablitly period. As long as if that intention is made clear to the carrier. If the client TRULY did not have that intention and his or her situation changed then so be it....but if you even mention the fact that you can sell the policy then it needs to be disclosed to the carrier.....They have forms that ask these questions specifically.
Jay prove me wrong....tell me your program is approved by a carrier. Tell me you disclose this on the app and still get the policy issues......
Lets not use this forum to show agents how to lie on an application for there clients...lets keep this business reputable. Again I am not against the concept just against how it is done and disclosed. |
