I am a new independent insurance agent and look for affordable insurance managment system. Anyone with any information, please give me some advise and contact information....

why don't you try for ACCORD FORMS they are available at

Look at several CRM systems. I have heard Your Insurance Office is pretty good and I have used Sugar CRM which is also good.
