I work at home (not in the insurance industry) and I am trying to help him become more informed about what he is doing- his company is not training very well. He has brought them a lot of business, but he hasn't become proficient at the rest. He is writing auto, home, and some commercial. Are there any sites where we can download ACORD forms that are free, and you don't have to subscribe? Are there any well-known books that are good reference books for a beginner that wants to know more about forms and insurance besides the sales portion?
