I have been an agent for 18 years but for the last 14, I have investigated life insurance fraud in America. I actually investigate and assist in the prosecution of the lying, cheating, thieving agents who misrepresent the terms and conditions of life insurance policies to mostly elderly consumers.
I have been both a captive and independent agent, GA, MDRT-level producer, Private Investigator, and Life Insurance Expert Witness. Worked directly with the DOI in a number of states and have given testimony in the NY State Supreme Court.
