What type of Base salary and comission structure should a NY agent expect? I am selling Health,life and LTC insurance? Is 40,000 base with a 20% commission to much or to little?

Hi,

Someone once said in our forums that the agents are being paid $25k + comn. But in my opinion thats just for the freshers in this industry. I believe its gotta increase with experience & could be within the range of $25k-$40k. How about that? Plasticmind
