I think its very nicely presented but yeah, I too wouldn't provide the quotes at the first time sine we don't know what rates the other person is enjoying already.
How about rephrasing the first sentence also....

One may write,
If you haven’t talked with your life insurance agent in a couple of years, talk to us and we can probably help you in finding better coverage at better rate.
