I'd add to the list....Don't ever push sell Make sure that you understand the need of the customer before offering him/her the plan. Don't sell a policy only to get bigger commission on it, like- if term life plan would satisfy the need of the client, don't sell a whole life plan just because it'd fetch you fatter commission. Stick to the client's need and not yours. You would generate more business in the future. By the way, great blog buddy Thanks, Rupert
