Is there anyone here who knows anything about Physicians Mutual? My biggest concern is what type of training program do they have.

Good and bad replies will be appreciated.

Thank you

Physician Mutual, as the name suggests, initially had targeted to insure the physicians and medical services providers, but has now branched out in offering health and life policies to nationwide consumers.

Licensed to operate in all the 50 states of USA, it offers competitive health, dental and supplementary health insurance products covering all prominent branches like- cancer, longterm care, disability, hospitalization and so forth.

Hi Seadevil, Physician Mutual seems to have gained high customer satisfaction through their services. Hence, if you're ladling the idea of joining their workforce as a career agent, you should give it a head start. If you're already licensed in your state you may not face difficulties in setting your foot at Physician Mutual's office.

However, its entirely my opinion. hence, you may wish to hear from the other senior health agents before deciding. Best of luck!!

Well Seadevil, though I don't have any first hand knowledge with Physician Mutual, but they seems to have an exhaustive training schedule for the new agents. According to their site, they offer training support through their expert's panel of trainers.

They also run an online university that supports on job training with free course materials.

However, since nothing like listening to a first hand experience, I'd rather suggest you to contact a Physician Mutual agent and also delve little more before acting.

And, Oh! welcome to ampminsure.

Thank you very much for all the inputs.

I will be talking to their State Manager on Wednesday. From the email that I received from him, this will be a feeling out phone call on whether or not have a face to face interview. Their closest office is 2 hrs away and there is no one in the area they are recruiting for.

Guess I'll see how it goes. I do like the ideal of having a lot of training.

Again thanks to everyone
