I dont know how I want search costomer, how talking to costomer and how want close the costomer

to have a customer online is all about using the right words to convince the customers. Tell them what the business is all about. You could do that in forums, and have to open a blog.

Are you operating as an independent agent? Then you may have to develop your clientele yourself. Some of the insurance companies may support their captive agents (may be sometime the independents too) with the leads. This initial support plays an important role in helping the agents to settle their business.

You can also try buying a book of business from a retiring agent, or, can purchase leads online. In a way, you have to try all the available sources that you can lay your hands upon to find the customer.

Networking and public speaking are very important in building relationship in the business of insurance. Therefore, you may also have to hone your communication skills.
