Actually in my opinion Insurance Agent is doing noble cause he is helping the society guiding society in proper way.
One should not say its only for making money |

You can Search in Yellow Peges. You should see the experience of the Agent & select him. We have to show the benifits of the Insurence agent.
For e.g By loyalty program He can earn points. Ect. |

Why you need to convince someone to become an insurance agent? You can't impose a career on someone. Self motivation is one of the most important criteria that an agent should possess and if you need to talk someone into this business he/she would lack in the self motivation aspect. |

"Rejections" are a part of an agent's sales campaign. New comers would be put to hard core training sessions wherein they'd go through the different ways of voice modulation, listening and comprehension sessions and gain thorough product knowledge. This would turn them into well-equipped professionals to face challenges that come in the way of a seller.

Before convincing a person to join insurance career, you must first find out if he has the necessary qualities such as perseverance or determination to succeed in this business.
