Sorry, I missed you PM until now.

You don't mention what job you are interviewing for... which certainly makes a difference. I can say that they are looking for adjusters who are organized and personable. They would almost rather have people who have a proven work record but not necessarily claims experience... as they like to train their own people.

I recommend you do some research on Farmers and mention these items when they fit in. Oh, and you will NEED to read up on Behavioral Interviews! If you don't, don't bother going. You will be asked to explain
_specific_ situations in your parts where.... (you disagreed with a manager and what happened, a time you made a big decision, etc). Basically, you need to think of specific situations in your past that show you know how to deal with particular situations (disagreements, difficult situations, etc... actually if you come up with difficult situations and obstacles you've over come, they can be applied to many answers). Write about 10 of these down so you can bring them up when asked. Search on the Internet for examples on this type of interview.
